Loving My I-pad - Any app recommendations?

My wonderful husband gave me an I-pad for my birthday (I had been hinting for months).

I have an I-phone and a Mac so I figured the learning curve wouldn't be too bad.

So far I LOVE it except for the fact that I can't blog or comment here on Active Rain.  However, I can search for homes, write contracts, and sign electronically.  The ability to blog whenever I was moved would make it perfect.

I am slowly setting everything up and I was wondering if anyone had great app recommendations.

So far I just have a few basic ones.

I would love something that could keep track of commissions, calculate mortgage payments & closing costs, and anything that would make my real estate life more efficient.  I'll take game recommendations too - we can't work all the time!

What apps do you love?

Stacy-Ann~ Once the iPad is updated to the new OS you will be able to blog! They just are not saying when that will be, I ask the Apple guy every time I see him at Best Buy.  I do love having my iPad though!! My husband bought mine for my BDay too!

Pick up LogMeIn... (or as I have called it, BailMeOut). It allows you remote access to your desktop computer. For all the programs that are not optimized for Safari, use LogMeIn. That means FlexMLS in my area, and that is why I call it BailMeOut!

Yep, LogMeIn would've been one of my first recommendations also. I use Numbers for my spreadsheets, where I keep track of all of the things you mentioned above, including creation of net sheets.

The other MUST-HAVE app, in my opinion, is Dropbox. It allows you to save your important files on one device (i.e. desktop computer) and it syncs that file across all of your other devices instantly (i.e. iPhone, iPad, laptop, home computer). I can't tell you the last time I even had to print anything. No need. It's all right there on my iPad all the time.

Click that link above and you'll get a FREE upgrade to your already free storage capacity. Very valuable app!
