There are residences located at the National Harbor that are well suited for someone who wants the hustle and bustle of being in the center of town as well as those who want the convenience of "city" living but also want to feel like they can get away when necessary.

Condos range from studios to penthouses with stunning views of the harbor.  Prices start at $199,000.

Townhomes with 3 bedrooms, garages, and roof top terraces start in the mid $400,000s.

The National Harbor

The National Harbor is a great alternative to some of the more expensive real estate in Washington, DC.

That looks like a cool place to live as well as visit! I can't believe I was in DC and was that close to the ocean and they didn't take me (when I was 15).

It seems like every post I click on tonight has a picture of the ocean - is God trying to give me hints? LOL

I love that park and I have not visited for a long time. I think my son would really get a kick out of that statue.
