Quick Delivery New Homes - Beechtree, Upper Marlboro MD

One of the barriers to purchasing new construction is the long wait time involved in building your new home.  Many people are not interested in waiting the 5-9 months that might be involved in the construction process.

One way to get around this is to consider purchasing a quick delivery or inventory home.  These are homes that the builders have built without having a specific buyer.

Many times builders will offer great deals to get these inventory homes sold.

Beechtree in Upper Marlboro currently has several inventory homes ranging from townhomes in the low $300,000s to luxury single family homes in the mid $500,000s.

Remember when visiting a model home that the sales rep works for and represents the interest of the builder.  It is important to have your own representation in the form of a buyer's agent.

nice homes. new construction is having such a tough time

Builders are really taking it hard in this market.  The homeowner's that bought new construction in the last few years have been hit hard too!  I have talked to folks who have lost 100,000 or more in value from when they purchased just 1 or 2 years ago, that's a scary proposition!  It's got to be hard when your next door neighbor got more home for dramatically less money!

Inventory homes are great, all the perks of a new home without the wait.  It would be stressful waiting 5-9 months and watching the rates possibly go up.

New construction is actually doing ok in this community.

Bridge - That's true of just about everyone who bought at the peak of the market

Brian - I'm a big fan of inventory homes
