Evy studied psychology (M.A., University of Hawaii; Ph.D. University of Illinois) initially to help her understand herself and Dostoevsky. Now, she spins tales about nuanced multicultural characters negotiating separate realities. She believes in love and its many faces.

My Review
This is a very visually appealing book with lots of beautiful pictures and works of art included. The author shares her and her partner’s journey through Paris while contemplating both art and important philosophical questions about meaning.
As someone who visited Paris once, and loved it I enjoyed the beautiful visuals that this book conjured. It was fun to see Paris through the eyes and words of the author.
