A few years ago, my daughter was having tooth pain. We were coming out of the pandemic and their previous dentist had lost her license, so the kids did not have a current dentist. I called my dentist to see if she would see my daughter. They were not very helpful. Since she was in pain, I checked google and called Crofton Dental. The receptionist was so nice, and the dentist agreed to stay late so that he could see my daughter.
The experience was so positive that I signed up both kids as patients and decided I would transfer as well. One of the times I went for a cleaning appointment there was a new dentist there and I was informed that she had purchased the practice.
Like so many people, I have a fear of the dentist, so I was not excited when I realized that this was going to be yet another new dentist in a short period of time. However, I very quickly realized that my fears were unfounded. Dr. Sood is awesome!
When I arrive, I am greeted by name by the receptionist. Dr. Sood knows who I am and my history. She remembers details of my life like who my kids are and where I am from. Today the assistant, Ebony, said “Ms. Baugh. So nice to see you. Haven’t seen you in a while. How did your son’s first year of college go?” I joked that it was nice that she hadn’t seen me in a while since I am famous for having dramatic dental issues LOL.
Today I called because I had slight swelling on a tooth. The receptionist spoke to Dr. Sood and she told me to come in for her to have a look. We checked it out and made a plan for treatment. Never when I am in that office do I feel like just another patient.
