You Will Never Be Me is a book about 2 influencers who used to be best friends. Mer taught Aspen everything she knew. When Aspen surpasses Mer in followers and influence jealousy ensues, leading to a falling out between them.
This book is a quick, engaging read. I binged it and finished it in 24 hours. There were several times when I chuckled as they were discussing the very ridiculous world of social media, and the lengths people will go to make their lives look post worthy.
There were twists that I did not necessarily see coming and I enjoyed the book through to the end.
Other than the children, none of the characters is likeable. It is so rare that I can enjoy a book and cheer for no one. lol
Overall, I really enjoyed this quick read.
