John didn’t think his life could get any worse after their mother had left him and his brother in their father’s so-called care. But when James went too, he soon realised it would.

Charlie became fuelled by the promise of fame and fortune and organised a trip to the Canadian forests to search for the infamous Bigfoot. Not wanting to be left alone with his own father, John pressured his friends, Harry and Lucy, to go too.

It was when they began tracking two large individuals—one a pregnant female—that it became far more interesting.

After a hushed sighting of a big male on the ridge, Lucy went on to find two huge discoveries; the only person she would tell was her brother. They both endeavoured to keep Charlie and John away from the Bigfoot altogether. However, try as they might, this wouldn’t go to plan; they were all going to get more than they bargained for.

It wasn’t a simple exploration anymore; it was a fight for survival as they became entwined in the lives of two Wilders and their extraordinary, newly born infant.

The entire trip was filled with threads of lies woven through the forest.

Deceit, danger and confusion followed them, including long-hidden secrets!
